In 1986, during the state's sesquicentennial celebrations, this iconic dessert was honored as the official state pie, thanks to the advocacy of Jim Berry, then-owner of the Cliff House Inn in Jasper.

The pie was created at the Cliff House Inn, a beloved restaurant perched above the Arkansas Grand Canyon. Its name, "Company’s Comin’ Pie," reflects the tradition of preparing it for guests, embodying the warm hospitality of the Ozarks.

Our version pays homage to this classic with a buttery pecan shortbread base, topped with sweet pineapple pieces. It's a delightful blend of textures and flavors, capturing the essence of Arkansas's culinary heritage.

Rocky Mountain Trail

From alpine peaks to winding forest paths, Colorado is a state made for adventure, and Rocky Mountain Trail captures the spirit of it all in one sweet bite.

Inspired by the iconic trails that crisscross the Rockies, this creation is our gourmet take on trail mix: dried cranberries and apricots, toasted oats, sunflower seeds, and walnuts- all nestled into a base that mirrors a mountain vista, complete with a snowy white summit. It’s a little rugged, a little refined, and entirely ready for the journey.

Whether you’re exploring the high country or dreaming of open skies from home, this confection is a tribute to Colorado’s breathtaking beauty, our original beginnings, and wild-hearted soul.

Welcome to Kansas, where the golden plains stretch wide, sunflowers sway in the breeze, and the gentle hum of honeybees fills the air.

Fittingly nicknamed The Sunflower State, Kansas chose the cheerful bloom as its official state flower way back in 1903. Its skies are also home to the honeybee, the official state insect known for turning wild nectar into pure gold.

Our Sunny Honey confection is a tribute to both: a buttery caramel blended with golden honey and speckled with roasted sunflower seeds. Sweet, nutty, and sunny as a Kansas field in full bloom.

Bananas Foster

Get ready for a taste of New Orleans flair! Louisiana is home to jazz, jambalaya, and one of the most iconic desserts in American history: Bananas Foster.

Invented in the 1950s at Brennan’s Restaurant in the heart of the French Quarter, Bananas Foster was born from a simple challenge: create a dessert to celebrate the city’s booming banana imports. At the time, New Orleans was a major port for bananas arriving from Central and South America.

Chef Paul Blangé rose to the occasion, crafting a sizzling dish of bananas caramelized in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and rum. The dramatic flames of the flambé wowed diners, and the dessert was named in honor of Richard Foster, a family friend and chairman of the New Orleans Crime Commission. Only in the Big Easy!

Our version captures all that decadent flavor, no open flame required. With rich caramel, notes of banana and warm spice, this piece is smooth, sultry, and unmistakably New Orleans.

Deep, dark, and decadently rich, Mississippi Mud Pie is a Southern classic that captures the heart of the Magnolia State in every gooey bite.

Its origins trace back to the mid-20th century, with one of the earliest printed recipes appearing in the Marshall County Historical Society Bicentennial Cook Book in 1975. The pie's name is inspired by its dense, chocolatey layers resembling the muddy banks of the Mississippi River.

Some legends even suggest the dessert dates back to the 1920s, when a waitress in Vicksburg remarked that a melting chocolate pie looked just like the river after a heavy rain.

Our creation captures the spirit of this indulgent tradition with a cocoa-rich base, buttery pecans, and a design that quite literally looks like it's dripping with chocolatey goodness. It’s fudgy, flavorful, and full of Mississippi magic; no fork required.

Nuts in White Satin

Missouri’s culinary tapestry is as rich and varied as its landscapes, and our Nuts in White Satin confection captures this essence in every bite.

At its heart lies the black walnut, designated as Missouri’s official state tree nut in 1990. Renowned for its bold, earthy flavor, the black walnut is a staple in Missouri's kitchens and a symbol of the state's natural bounty.

Complementing this is the subtle sophistication of white wine, a nod to Missouri's storied viticultural history. In the 19th century, Missouri was a powerhouse in American winemaking, with over 100 wineries producing award-winning vintages. The state even played a pivotal role in saving the French wine industry by providing phylloxera-resistant rootstocks.

This confection marries these two elements: the deep, nutty richness of black walnuts and the delicate notes of white wine, creating a harmonious blend that's both rustic and refined. It's a tribute to Missouri's legacy, a state where tradition and innovation coalesce in the most delightful ways.

Some like it hot, and New Mexico brings the heat like no other. Known as the Chile Capital of the World, this sun-soaked state is famous for its beloved Hatch chiles: bold, flavorful peppers grown in the fertile valley around the town of Hatch.

Each year, the Hatch Chile Festival draws tens of thousands of visitors, all eager for a taste of the smoky, earthy heat that defines New Mexican cuisine. Whether roasted over open flames or folded into family recipes, these chiles are more than a staple; they’re a source of pride, passion, and unmistakable flavor.

Our Hatch Hottie channels that fiery spirit in a daring bite that balances sweet and spice with each taste. It’s bold and a little unpredictable, just like the Land of Enchantment itself.

Smokey Cowboy

Wyoming may be known for its wide-open skies and rugged landscapes, but it’s also a hidden gem of smoky culinary traditions. From slow-smoked meats and cheeses to bold barbecue flavors, the Cowboy State knows how to infuse the frontier spirit into every bite; a legacy rooted in ranch life and historic preservation methods still celebrated today, especially at events like the Smokin’ Waters Mountain Man Rendezvous in Cody.

Smokey Cowboy strives to capture that essence: a rich smoked caramel sprinkled with smoked sea salt, creating a bold, savory-sweet bite worthy of a campfire sunset.

It’s a tribute to Wyoming’s unshakable Western roots, where the smoke is slow, the skies are endless, and the cowboy hat is always on straight.
