Illinois knows a thing or two about corn, after all, it’s been declared the official state grain, and in 2004, popcorn proudly popped its way into the books as the official state snack.

That’s no surprise considering Illinois is home to some of the richest corn-growing soil in the country and plays a leading role in the nation’s corn production. Inspired by this crunchy claim to fame, Kernel Caramel is a buttery-smooth popcorn caramel topped with a handmade popcorn confection that doubles down on the flavor. It’s a tribute to movie nights, county fairs, and the unmistakable aroma of fresh popcorn, elevated into one sweet little bite.

A nod to Illinois’ golden grain and snack pride, this kernel is pure caramel comfort, with a satisfying pop of local flavor.

Sweet Sugar Pie

This creamy confection draws inspiration from Indiana’s beloved Sugar Cream Pie, the official state pie since 2009 and a treasured Hoosier tradition. 

Dating back to early 19th-century pioneer times and known for its smooth custard filling, rich vanilla essence, and just the right touch of sweetness, Sugar Cream Pie has been a staple in Indiana kitchens for generations.

Our version captures those classic flavors with a silky texture and gentle sweetness, honoring Indiana’s simple yet satisfying dessert heritage. A sweet slice of the Hoosier heartland in every bite.

Bing Bing

Inspired by the iconic Twin Bing candy bar, a beloved local treat created in 1969 by the Palmer Candy Company in Sioux City, Iowa, this confection pays tribute to a true Iowa classic. Featuring two chocolate-covered nougat and cherry cream-filled pieces coated in crunchy peanuts, the Twin Bing is a unique blend of flavors and textures that has delighted generations.

Palmer Candy Company, a family-owned business since 1908, represents a deep Iowa tradition of crafting sweets with care and quality. 

Our Bing Bing confection is inspired by this heritage and nostalgic celebration of Iowa’s candy craftsmanship. We’ve reimagined the classic with a pop of cherry cream swirled into our milk base and topped it off with the same crunchy peanuts, bringing the spirit of the Twin Bing into every bite, with a sweet little twist of our own.

Cherry Me

This sweet and tart confection is all about the fruit that put Michigan on the map—cherries! Topped with jewel-toned Michigan Bing cherries, it’s a sweet nod to the state’s long-standing cherry legacy.

Michigan produces over 70% of the country’s tart cherries and is home to Traverse City, the Cherry Capital of the World, where the beloved National Cherry Festival has been celebrating the harvest since 1926. 

Thanks to the tempering effects of Lake Michigan, orchards thrive in the region, yielding cherries that are rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. One bite, and you'll see why Michigan will always have us saying... Cherry Me!

Seven Layers of Heaven

Our take on the classic seven-layer bar, this confection brings together the sweet harmony of seven beloved ingredients: chocolate, coconut, nuts, butterscotch, and more, layered to create a truly heavenly treat. Each bite captures the nostalgic spirit of this iconic Midwestern dessert.

In Minnesota, “bars” aren’t just desserts; they’re a cherished part of community gatherings, potlucks, and celebrations. The seven-layer bar, sometimes called a “magic cookie bar,” rose to fame in the 1960s after appearing on the back of a can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk. 

Since then, it’s become a beloved treat across the state, embodying the heartwarming spirit of Minnesota’s baking culture, and that same care and thoughtfulness is reflected in every carefully placed and detailed little layer of our creation.

Raisin the Crumble

Welcome to the Cornhusker State, where fields stretch wide, history runs deep, and the comforts of home are always on the table. 

For this Nebraska-inspired confection, we took our cues from two of the state’s most nostalgic claims to fame: the hometown invention of Raisin Bran cereal in 1926, and the humble hero of countless Nebraska bake sales, sour cream raisin pie.

“Raisin the Crumble” begins with a silky milk and cinnamon base, layered with plump, chewy raisins and finished with a crisp bran-style crumble. It’s smooth, spiced, and satisfyingly nostalgic- a little breakfast, a little dessert, and a whole lot of heartland in every bite.

Chokecherry Pie

North Dakota may be known for wide open skies and rolling prairies, but it also lays claim to a tiny fruit with a bold personality: the chokecherry. In 2007, after a persuasive push by sixth graders from Williston, the chokecherry was officially declared the state fruit.

Our North Dakota confection channels the spirit of homemade prairie desserts with a cherry-spiced caramel that’s rich, cozy, and just the right amount of bold. Warm cinnamon and subtle spices round out the flavor, creating a treat that’s as comforting as a slice of pie on a chilly Dakota evening.

Buckeye 

Ohio’s love affair with the buckeye runs deep, so deep, in fact, that it’s both the state tree and the state’s most beloved homemade sweet. The nickname “The Buckeye State” dates all the way back to the 1800s, when early settlers began referring to themselves, and their round, nut-like treats, as buckeyes.

Our take on the classic Buckeye is a nod to that deep-rooted tradition: a smooth peanut butter filling wrapped in smooth dark with just a peek of golden center showing through-  just like the real thing. 

It’s a sweet bite of Buckeye State pride, crafted by hand and full of nostalgia.

Simple, iconic, and impossible to eat just one, this is Ohio, done the sweetest way.

Scoop of Dakota

From rolling plains to Mount Rushmore, South Dakota is full of bold landmarks, but one of its most delicious contributions might just be hiding in your freezer. According to South Dakota State University, the beloved flavor combo we know as cookies and cream ice cream was invented right on their campus in the late 1970s. Sweet innovation, midwestern style.

Scoop of Dakota is our tribute: a smooth white base scattered with dark chocolate cookie crumbs, then half-dipped in even more crushed chocolate cookies for good measure. It’s cool, classic, and a little bit nostalgic, just like the original SDSU scoop.

Wisconsin wears its cranberry crown proudly, producing more than half of the nation’s cranberries and celebrating the tart little fruit with festivals, harvest tours, and marshes that stretch for miles. In 2004, the cranberry was officially designated as Wisconsin's state fruit, a testament to its significance in the state's culture and economy.
