Yes! FREE local delivery is available for orders $45 or more. A $10 delivery fee will be applied for orders under $45. Currently, we are only able to deliver to zip codes: 27609, 27608, 27605, 27604, 27612, and 27601. Outside of these zip codes, the website will not be able to calculate

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with a delivery time of 1-3 days based on destination. As our confections are designed to be delicate, orders are shipped with complimentary insulated liners and frozen cold packs to prevent melting during transportation. USPS tracking information will be provided, and we encourage you to sign up for tracking updates to ensure your order is received as quickly as possible. Please do not leave your delivered package outside in the heat. After unpacking your confections, please store them in a cool dry place (between 55-65°F).
Currently, we can only ship to the 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC).
Non-contiguous states and territories include Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
USPS Tracking® service provides end-to-end item tracking for your order. Entering the tracking number associated with your order into the USPS Tracking page gives you the current status of an item along with other tracking information. That information includes, if available, delivery and/or attempted delivery information, including date and time of delivery as well as the delivery location of the item (mailbox, reception desk, neighbor, etc.)
The label of your trackable item is scanned several times throughout the mailstream, whether USPS possesses it or one of their shipping partners does. Tracking starts with USPS accepting the package for transit and ends when the item is delivered or picked up by the recipient or the recipient’s agent. Throughout this process, you can access this tracking information in a variety of ways through the USPS Tracking number associated with the item.

State and local jurisdictions require us to collect tax based on where orders are sold, not the orders' shipping destination. This step is automatically calculated during the checkout process.
We understand that sometimes items get damaged, and we will work to resolve the situation quickly. Our carrier partner USPS requires photo documentation for all damage claims. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days (48 hours). Please share photos that include: A photo of the area of concern, two full shots of the product (from the side and overhead), and a shot of the packaging/box. We strive to provide you with the best experience, and we will work with you to help ensure your chocolate journey is sweet!
