Inspired by the breathtaking wilds of Alaska, our bright and berry-kissed treat blends raspberry, wild blueberries, and cranberries, and is topped with a soft flurry of coconut “snow.”
This delicate creation captures the bold flavors that grow across the tundra during Alaska’s short but intense summer growing season, when nearly 24 hours of sunlight nourish nature’s most vibrant treasures. Alaska is home to more than 50 species of wild berries, and for generations, berry picking has been a seasonal ritual, often shared among families, passed down like stories and recipes.
Each summer, families head into the fields to gather and preserve the harvest, filling jars and freezers with nature’s sweetness to last through the long winter, a tradition that sparked our own sweet tribute.
Tart, sweet, and wonderfully wild, we strive to capture Alaska’s untamed beauty in every bite.

Fresh, juicy, and berry-forward, prickly pear brings a taste of desert sweetness to every bite. While the fruit itself boasts a stunning magenta hue, we give a little nod to that color with a tiny hand-decorated cactus on top, a cheerful accent that’s sure to brighten your day.
Prickly pear has been an important food and medicine for Indigenous communities of the Southwest for generations, especially among the Tohono O’odham and Apache peoples. Long before it appeared in lemonade or candy, both the fruit and pads (nopales) were harvested with care, eaten fresh or dried, and even used to create vibrant natural dyes.
In Arizona today, it’s still celebrated, protected by state law, and harvested as part of cherished summertime traditions, with foraging often passed down from one generation to the next. With this confection, we celebrate Arizona’s connection to the land and the enduring sweetness found in even the prickliest places.

Our dark amaretto is topped with sliced almonds, a nod to the state’s standing as the world’s leading almond producer, growing over 80% of the global supply and nearly 100% of the U.S. supply.
Almond trees were first brought to California by Spanish missionaries in the 1700s, but it wasn’t until the early 1900s that the crop truly took root, thanks to improved cultivation methods and California’s Mediterranean-like climate. Today, over 1.5 million acres across the Central Valley are devoted to almonds, and the industry contributes billions to the state’s economy.
The almond bloom, when pink and white blossoms blanket the orchards each spring, is a breathtaking spectacle and a vital part of California’s agricultural rhythm. In fact, it’s one of the largest pollination events in the world, requiring over 30 billion honeybees to help set the crop each year.
From ancient roots to modern marvel, almonds are more than a snack in California, they’re a golden emblem of the state’s resilience, innovation, and agricultural might.

Niu (pronounced “new”) is the Hawaiian word for coconut, one of the state’s most iconic crops and a symbol of nourishment, hospitality, and abundance.
This sunny confection begins with a passion fruit base, inspired by lilikoi, the tart-sweet fruit beloved across the islands, and topped with delicate shredded coconut and buttery cashews. While cashews aren't native to Hawai‘i, the Aloha State is the only place in the U.S. where the trees can grow, making their presence in this treat a subtle, authentic nod to the land itself.
Every element is chosen with care to reflect flavors you might find in a roadside stand or local bakery. “Aloha, Niu” is a bright postcard from paradise; a taste of island joy, crafted with the spirit of aloha.

Found only in parts of north-central Idaho, these wild berries quietly root the state’s connection to this vibrant flavor. A hint of mint cools the palate like a breeze through the Sawtooth range, inspired by Idaho’s status as the nation’s leading producer of peppermint. The state’s unique growing conditions and dry climate contribute to the high-quality mint oil produced here, adding a refreshing twist to the naturally sweet raspberry profile.
Adding a local touch, Boise Berry Company’s famed jams highlight Idaho’s berry heritage, capturing the pure, fresh essence of raspberries grown in the Gem State. Just like Idaho’s hidden berry patches, this treat is unexpected and quietly unforgettable; a nod to the flavors growing deep in the wild heart of Idaho.

A tribute to strength, heritage, and the untamed spirit of the West, “Sweet Buffalo” draws inspiration from one of Montana’s most iconic and revered animals: the American bison.
Once roaming the Great Plains in the tens of millions, the bison played a vital role in the lives of many Indigenous tribes, providing food, shelter, tools, and spiritual connection. Montana is deeply linked to the bison’s story, both past and present, and was the first state to establish a bison range in 1908. The National Bison Range, located in the scenic Mission Valley, continues to protect and honor this legacy, offering sanctuary to hundreds of bison across thousands of wild acres.
Sweet Buffalo is our gentle nod to this resilient symbol of the plains. It’s creamy milk covered in toasted coconut; a subtle texture and coloring that evokes the warm, shaggy coat of the mighty bison, all without losing an ounce of elegance (or sweetness).
It’s Montana in a bite: rugged, storied, and unforgettable, just like the land where the buffalo still roam.

This gold-laden creation tips its hat to the classic drink made with rum, grapefruit, and a touch of sweetness: the Nevada Cocktail. Our version transforms that cocktail into a silky caramel, kissed with rum, brightened by zesty grapefruit, and crowned with a hint of shimmer. The gold detail isn’t just for glamour; it’s a nod to Nevada’s glittering identity. Known as "The Silver State" for its mining legacy, Nevada also ranks among the top gold-producing regions in the world.
The traditional Nevada Cocktail first appeared in the 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book, a landmark of mixology that helped define the golden age of cocktails. Though lesser known today, the drink’s crisp, citrusy profile made it a standout in its time, and it's said to have been named in honor of Nevada’s bold, untamed spirit.
While Las Vegas may sparkle with neon lights, it’s Nevada’s rich layers of history and bold flavors that truly shine in this treat, a golden toast to the wild, the spirited, and the timelessly cool.

More than 99% of the U.S. hazelnut crop comes from the lush Willamette Valley, where rich volcanic soil, a temperate climate, and generations of passionate growers create the perfect environment for this beloved nut to thrive.
Oregon even named the hazelnut its official State Nut in 1989, a fitting honor for a crop so deeply rooted in the region’s agricultural heritage. Cultivation here dates back over a century, with some orchards lovingly maintained by the same families across multiple generations.
This confection’s soft, hazy finish is a wink to Oregon’s misty forests and coastal fog, where the scent of pine mingles with rain-soaked earth and time seems to slow just enough to savor something simple, comforting, and sweet.
