Today, the term “Nutmegger” is still worn with pride - a nod to the spirited and storied nature of this small but mighty state. You’ll find it referenced everywhere from local history centers to college sports teams. 

Our Nutmeg confection blends that history with a rich dark base and freshly ground nutmeg. Aromatic, bold, and warmly spiced-  it’s a tribute to the state’s character and charm.

Salty Sailor

Delaware’s Salty Sailor takes you straight to the sun-kissed boardwalks where salty sea breezes and sweet treats have mingled for generations. 

This half milk, half dark sea salt caramel pays homage to Delaware’s iconic saltwater taffy, a beloved original sold along its bustling beaches since the early 1900s, particularly popular in towns like Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach.

Saltwater taffy’s roots in Delaware trace back over a century, when boardwalk vendors delighted visitors with this stretchy, sweet candy that captured the essence of seaside fun. Today, Delaware remains a top destination for beachgoers who savor that classic taffy experience.

This whipped white confection is brightened with sweet Maine blueberries, celebrating the state’s signature treat- the whoopie pie. 

While the origin of the whoopie pie is shared with Pennsylvania, Maine proudly named it the official state treat in 2011. Whoopie pie festivals across the state honor this beloved dessert that has been a part of Maine’s culinary heritage for over a century. 

Our creation combines that rich tradition with the unique flavor of wild Maine blueberries, the only commercially harvested wild blueberries in the United States, known for their distinct taste and antioxidant benefits. Savor a true taste of Maine’s sweetness and history in every bite.

This chocolate chip cookie-inspired confection is a sweet tribute to Massachusetts, the birthplace of the iconic Toll House cookie. 

In 1938, Ruth Graves Wakefield created the original chocolate chip cookie recipe at the Toll House Inn in Whitman, forever changing dessert history. 

Today, Massachusetts continues to celebrate this tasty legacy, as the chocolate chip cookie remains a beloved classic across the country.

Crafted to look like a chocolate chip cookie, our creation captures the nostalgic flavor of cookie dough and celebrates Massachusetts’ sweet contribution to baking history. Each bite is a delicious nod to a dessert that started a nationwide cookie craze.

Perfectly Pumpkin

This pumpkin pie inspiration is a warm and cozy tribute to New Hampshire, where the pumpkin isn’t just a fall favorite- it was officially named the state fruit in 2006. 

The Granite State proudly embraces pumpkin season with harvest celebrations across the region, including the beloved New Hampshire Pumpkin Festival, which lights up Laconia each October with towering jack-o’-lantern displays and autumn cheer.

Crafted to look like a little pumpkin and spiced just right, this confection captures the nostalgic comfort of pumpkin pie and celebrates New Hampshire’s love for all things autumn. It's a bite-sized slice of fall in New England, wherever you are.

Blueberry High

This rich, dark confection is bursting with bold blueberry flavor and crowned with a tiny blueberry touch- a sweet nod to New Jersey’s status as the birthplace of the cultivated highbush blueberry. 

In the early 1900s, Elizabeth White, a farmer’s daughter and horticulturist, teamed up with botanist Frederick Coville to develop the very first cultivated variety right in the Pinelands of New Jersey.

Today, the Garden State remains a major producer of blueberries, and the highbush blueberry was officially declared the state fruit in 2004. With every bite, this creation honors the innovation, agricultural roots, and juicy pride of a state that helped make blueberries a national favorite.

Cheesecake State of Mind

This smooth and creamy treat celebrates one of New York’s most iconic flavors: classic New York–style cheesecake. 

Believed to have originated in the city’s Jewish delis and bakeries in the early 20th century, this beloved dessert quickly became a staple, known for its dense texture and tangy richness thanks to the use of cream cheese, also invented in New York State in the 1870s.

New York’s love affair with cheesecake runs deep, with legendary spots like Junior’s in Brooklyn helping elevate it to worldwide fame. Today, it remains a culinary symbol of the Empire State’s bold, flavorful spirit. Shoofly Pie

This rich, dark confection takes its cue from one of Pennsylvania’s most iconic desserts: shoofly pie. 

With deep roots in Pennsylvania Dutch baking, this molasses-rich treat has been a staple of the region since the 1800s. Originating among the Amish and Mennonite communities, shoofly pie is now widely recognized as a symbol of Pennsylvania’s unique culinary traditions.

Though the name might raise eyebrows, the flavor speaks for itself- bold, comforting, and unmistakably nostalgic. Crafted with a robust molasses note and just the right touch of sweetness, our version offers a decadent bite of Pennsylvania’s baking heritage and a sweet tribute to a dessert that has stood the test of time.

Johnny Be Good

This confection is a sweet nod to two of Rhode Island’s most iconic flavors: coffee milk and Johnnycakes. 

As the official state drink, coffee milk has been a beloved part of Rhode Island’s culture since the 1930s, made with coffee syrup and milk in a creamy, comforting combo. Johnnycakes, on the other hand, have been a regional staple since colonial times, a cornmeal flatbread with deep roots in Indigenous and early settler cooking.

Bringing both elements together in one bite, this smooth, coffee-infused confection is topped with a golden crumble reminiscent of a Johnnycake. With two iconic flavors and a name that tips its hat to a rock ’n’ roll classic, Johnny Be Good is a bite of Rhode Island that hits all the right notes.

Maple Moose

This sweet maple caramel is a tribute to Vermont’s most iconic flavor. As the country’s leading producer of maple syrup, Vermont takes its maple seriously- so seriously, in fact, that it officially designated maple as the state flavor in 1994. 

The state accounts for nearly half of all U.S. maple syrup production and celebrates its sugaring season with pride and community spirit.

Since 1967, the Vermont Maple Festival in St. Albans has welcomed locals and visitors alike to honor this golden nectar with tastings, traditions, and maple-themed fun-  a true testament to its place in Vermont life.
